Orders (Donations)

This system is a fully-fledged commerce system, but is currently configured for donations only.

Review New Orders Approve incoming orders so that they can be processed by the associated Organizations. List & Search Look up past orders. Reports TBD

Organizations

The individual non-profits who sign up to use our platform.

Organizations can list their causes/funds (Products) and solicit donations (Orders) from Users.

List & Search View the list of organizations or search by name, etc. Review Profiles Approve or reject new organizations seeking to join our platform and updates from existing organizations.

Review Settlement Requests Review requests from organizations to transfer funds out to their own bank accounts. Reports TBD

Users

Individuals who sign up to use our platform to support causes they identify with.

For now, companies and organizations can also join the platform as Users, but in the future we will provide an alternative way for entities to register and give.

List & Search View the list of users or search by name, etc. Review reported activity Review reports of spam and other unwanted activity on the platform. Reports TBD

Admins

Individuals who have access to manage one or more aspects of the system.

Organization owners fall into this category, as do super-admins who have access to this control panel.

NOTE: The registration/login systems for users and admins are completely separate. It is possible for a given email address to be registered in both systems at once.
